SY CABLE
SY Cables are used in numerous industries including plant engineering, construction and industrial machinery and air conditioning installations. The SY Cable is commonly used in areas with increased mechanical stress requirements and fixed installations as well as occasional flexing at free, none continuously recurring movement without tensile load.
SY cables are the toughest of the Control Cables, thanks to its steel wire braid. SY cables offer extremely reliable mechanical protection. These control cables are highly flexible, multicore cables with (class 5) copper conductors. They have a voltage rating of 300/500v and are available in both PVC and Low Smoke Zero Halogen versions.
SY shielded cables have a transparent sheath allowing for the braid to be monitored for any damage.
SY cables can also be used outdoors and are very efficient when in either dry or damp conditions.
